Yes, we require all international B2B OEM orders to maintain an ongoing minimum order quantity depending on transformer complexity. If you are looking to purchase smaller standard batches or samples for initial prototyping, our sales team can assist with smaller flexible MOQ options.

What is the average lead time for custom transformer orders?

For engineered custom samples, prototyping lead time is approximately 7 days. For full-scale mass production, normal lead time is 20-30 days following deposit receipt. Lead times become effective when: (1) we receive your initial deposit, and (2) we receive your final engineering drawing approval. In all cases, our production department works to accommodate urgent project deadlines.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be settled via corporate bank transfer (T/T), Western Union, or PayPal:
Standard payment term: 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance paid against the copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).

How are international shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees depend on the chosen transport mode. Express air delivery is fastest but most expensive; ocean freight serves as the most economical solution for high-volume transformer container shipments. Exact freight quotes are calculated once weight, dimensions, destination port, and delivery terms (FOB/CIF/DDP) are confirmed.
